Young Actors Theatre is proud to present 
Newsies Jr.
as our 2025 Summer Jr. production

This production is open to all students who are rising 6th-8th grade.

Auditions will take place on Wednesday, May 14th from 4:30-7:30pm.  Students will be able to find audition material on this page by March.  Those accepted into the program will be notified the evening of Thursday, May 15th.  

Students may be called for rehearsal during the following days/times: 
(The official weekly schedule will be emailed to families the Sunday prior to each week of rehearsal)

June 30-July 3 - 10:00am-6:00pm
July 7-12, 10:00am-6:00pm
July 14-18, 10:00am-6:00pm

Public performances will occur at YAT:
Saturday, July 19th - 10:00am
Tuesday, July 22nd - 7:00pm
Wednesday, July 23rd - 7:00pm  
Saturday, July 26th - 10:00am

$375 for the production

All auditionees must register at the link below prior to the placement audition.  
50% of tuition will be charged at registration.  
Remaining balance will be charged upon acceptance.
If not accepted, a full refund will be applied.
An additional costume fee will be charged in July.
